  155.    Title To The Licensed Software

  157.    Title to the licensed software is NOT transferred or sold to the end user.
  158.    The end user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the software
  159.    on a SINGLE computer or computer work station. EACH computer or computer
  160.    work station must have its own licensed copy of the software.

  165.    iNTERNET Turbo« is copyrighted material. It is protected by the copyright
  166.    laws of the United States, the State of California, and other proprietary
  167.    rights of ClasysÖ Ltd. You may not make any changes or modifications to
  168.    iNTERNET Turbo« or this manual. You may not de compile, disassemble, or
  169.    otherwise reverse-engineer the software in any way.

  171.    You may make copies of iNTERNET Turbo« only under the terms of the section
  172.    entitled "Limited License To Copy The Licensed Software".

  174.    You may use iNTERNET Turbo« on a thirty (30) day trial basis only, provided

  178.    required to purchase it by paying the registration fee.

  184.    requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted
  185.    or error free. The warranty does not cover any media or documentation

  187.    The software warranty does not cover any copy of the licensed software
  188.    which has been altered or changed in any way. In other words, there is
  189.    no warranty either implied or expressed.

  231.    You are granted a limited license to copy iNTERNET Turbo« ONLY FOR THE TRIAL
  232.    USE OF OTHERS subject to the terms of this software license agreement

  236.        anyone without the express written permission of ClasysÖ Ltd.

  238.      # Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for iNTERNET Turbo«
  239.        itself. However you may include iNTERNET Turbo« on a diskette/CD-ROM for
  240.        which you charge a nominal distribution fee. The purchaser of said
  241.        diskette must be informed in advance that the fee paid to acquire the
  242.        diskette does NOT relieve said purchaser from paying the Registration
  243.        Fee for iNTERNET Turbo« if said purchaser uses iNTERNET Turbo«.

  245.      # The statement of shareware registration requirements MUST be
  246.        printed on a label, or other form, that is directly attached to
  247.        the distribution media.

  249.      # Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (SysOps) may post
  250.        iNTERNET Turbo« for downloading by their users without written permission
  251.        ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may
  252.        be charged for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS
  253.        CHARGED FOR DOWNLOADING iNTERNET Turbo« files without first
  254.        obtaining the express written permission from ClasysÖ Ltd. to charge
  255.        such a fee.

  258.    Evaluation and Registration

  260.    This is not free software. This license allows you to use this
  261.    software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  262.    days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  263.    a registration fee of 19US Dollars is required. Payment can be in
  264.    Cash, money order, checks. Payments can be in any currency.
  265.    Please try to pay in cash for small orders, if you are paying with checks
  266.    most of the money goes to the bank it self due to the bank commissions.
